We've stayed there for 2 nights, everything was brand-new, don't miss it. The location was great in a quiet part of town, and had everything you needed.

The place was fairly clean and had airy and incredibly comfortable rooms.

Had extremely spacious room protected with smoke detectors. A shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets were available here. Having kitchen was fabulous.

We had a very comfortable stay in Grantham just off a good area of town, all local amenities and the centre. The location itself was particularly good as close to supermarkets.

Great location, close to my head office and grocery stores. the property itself was lovely, with clean and spacious rooms.

The property gets very hot and there is no air conditioning. the pillows were uncomfortable and the bedding was thick and not breathable.

We loved staying at this apartment and will definitely return; it was really comfortable and conveniently located close to the motorway and supermarkets, and Lloyd made everything great for all of us.

Lovely clean property with all amenities needed. Easy parking and key collection. Good shower and well-equipped kitchen. Netflix available. Close to office, supermarkets, and local takeaways.

We recently stayed at Amaya Five in Grantham for a few nights and it was perfect. The shower was great and the staff, especially Hannah, were lovely. The apartment itself felt like a home from home with plenty of space for our little one to explore. Everything we needed was provided, from comfortable king/super king size beds to towels and hair dryers. The check-in and out process was easy, and the location was quiet and convenient, close to supermarkets. a modern, clean, and well-designed apartment that exceeded our expectations.

The location of the apartment was perfect, within walking distance to the town center and easy access to amenities. the apartment itself was modern and spacious, with all the facilities we needed for a comfortable stay. the key collection process was smooth, and the host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. the apartment was clean and well-maintained, with fresh towels and bedding provided. We also appreciated the extra touches, like the dishwasher tablets and toiletries, which made our stay even more convenient.

There were a couple of drawbacks during our stay. the apartment had a strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout, which was unpleasant, especially with a young baby.

It was modern, clean, and had comfortable king/super king size beds. the keys were easily obtained from a security box, and the owner, Lloyd, checked in to make sure everything was okay. the location was convenient, with a short walk to our head office and nearby grocery stores. the apartment had everything we needed for a weekend stay, including good internet and additional extras like dishwasher tablets and toiletries. it was a lovely experience. Cons: Everything was spot on! 👌.

We will definitely be returning to this hotel for our future trips to the area.
